In 1958, a group of students started an organization solely to assist foreign arrivals attending school in the United States. The group soon formally became ISO Student Health Insurance and solely focused their services on international student insurance.

For international students, by international students is not only our slogan, but a promise that we at ISO look to uphold every day through the services we provide. Our history is centered around a desire to provide international students with the most cost-effective health insurance plans that meet their unique needs.

We ensure consistency through the quality of service our members receive. This is also evident through the costs of our plans, which have retained the same level of affordability while increasing our product offerings to a wider variety of students for many years.
